This 3-day ISO 9001:2000 course includes 1-day interpretation insight and knowledge and the 2-day IRCA Registered Internal Auditor course, designed to provide an understanding of the audit as a tool in the development and improvement of your business.
Quality Lead Auditor
This course provides the knowledge and skills needed to organize and lead a quality audit; manage the stress that an audit can impose; evaluate and report audit findings; evaluate corrective action effectiveness; and carry out follow-up and routine surveillance audits.
