Introduction to GFSI Food Safety Standards
This one-day course introduces participants to the Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) Concept and its transformation within the GFSI Standards: (BRC, IFS, SQF, Dutch HACCP) & ISO 22000 and provides practical examples.  By the end of the course you will have answers to the following questions:

  • What are the requirements of HACCP?
  • How are they implemented into the GFSI Standards?

Hazard Analysis and Risk Assessments in Supporting GFSI Standards
This two-day course is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. Participants are introduced to the methods of risk analysis in the food industry as required within the GFSI Standards (IFS, BRC, SQF, Dutch HACCP) & ISO 22000 and gives practical examples on how to use the tools and methods effectively.  This course aims to provide you with the opportunity to learn the methods and tools for performing a risk analysis within the GFSI accepted Standards.

Internal Food Safety Auditor - Auditing in accordance with the GFSI Standards 
This two-day course provides the participants with the skills and knowledge to perform internal food safety audits according to the International Food Standard (IFS) within their organizations and to contribute to the continual improvement of the food safety management system. Each participant will receive a copy of the IFS Standard as well as a free copy of the audixpress internal audit software.

The International Food Standard (IFS) Course provides participants with the knowledge they need to understand the specific Food Safety Management Systems fundamentals as set forth in Version 5. Introduction to BRC Food Safety
This one-day course provides a background and introduction to those new to the certification process. This course will give you an understanding of the BRC Standard, certification process and the relationship to GFSI. It is designed for those who are not directly responsible for implementation or auditing against the Standard. Content will focus on the background to GFSI (Global Food Safety Initiative) recognized Standards as well as the background to the Global Standard for Food Safety Issue 5. The protocol and certification process will be addressed as well as an overview of the Standard requirement clauses.  Cases studies will be used in the teaching process.

  • Understand the general principles of the requirements of the Global Standard for Food Safety Issue 5
  • Understand the concepts of what is needed to develop and implement a practical documented system to comply with the Standard requirements

BRC Third Party Lead Food Auditor
This four-day course trains delegates in Third Party audit requirements, against the Global Standard for Food Safety Issue 5. Attending this course allows you to gain an in-depth and practical understanding of the BRC audit requirements, with particular reference to audit management and consistent report writing.
