The audit involves one or more DNV Healthcare Inc. professionals conducting an on-site visit of your facility. The audit includes targeted interviews and a review of relevant documents. Your organization can choose an audit for one or both programs. The on-site audit can be conducted independently or in coordination with a DNV Healthcare Inc. ISO 9001 or NIAHOSM audit. In preparing for an audit, DNV Healthcare Inc. will work with you to help identify and prepare an audit plan, which include a description of the work to be performed and the staff needed to perform the audit(s). Upon completion of a successful audit, an audit report will be presented within 21 days.
